No, clown loaches need at least a 125 gallon/180cm long tank. It would be fine for the angelfish.

Got a question about loaches? Ask me!
Loach count: 21
Baby fish count: 700+ (shelldwellers, gbr, angelfish)

Hi, welcome to the forum

In my 150 gallon I've been happy with yoyo loaches. More moderate size but all the loachy fun still.

100cm is ~ 39" then 12" and 18.5" to help figure from the USA area.
