Welcome to AA! What are you wanting to set up? Best advice before anything is to research a lot especially before buying a fish. Walking into a fish store with no knowledge of what you want to get or the care requirements for the fish is most likely going to end in some unfortunate loss or the fish don't get along, etc. Also patience is definitely key and rushing things only makes it worse. Good luck
