Hello from Charlotte, NC!

Well im actually in Rock Hill, SC about a ten minute ride down I-77 from the state line.

Getting back into the hobby after a 5+ year break. I just picked up a 75 gallon Marineland tank, and an Emperor 400 filter. Hoping to get set up this weekend. 95% sure i will turn this into an African Cichlid tank. I used to keep one (46 gallon bowfront) and its by far my favorite fish. Unfortunately in Rock Hill the selection of African cichlids is very limited. We have a PetSmart and a small independent pet store with a small fish section mostly tropical and goldfish. I would not be opposed to be pointed in a direction for a reputable online retailer.

Welcome back to the hobby! I visited Charlotte a few years ago and liked the area. Good BBQ, too.

As for online cichlid dealers, Cichlid Shack has a good reputation, as does Southeast Cichlids.
