Hey guys,my name is Zane,I'm new to this forum,and coming in from winston salem nc.I'll tell you a bit about my tank.Its a standard 55g,mixed reef,equipment is as follows
lighting:2x175w 14k mh for 7hrs daily
1x30w pure actinic for 12hrs daily
1 strip of led for 9hrs (1hr on either side of the mh for a buffer between mh,and actinic)
1 mp10,and 1 koralia wavebaox for 100% random flow
2 300w heaters run by medusa controller (2 incase 1 fails)
red sea 250 berlin skimmer (in sump)
full refugium,with all cheato,caulerpa,dragons breath,halameada,and live rock filtration,no filter sponges,or other man made media,all live
contents: 100ish lbs of live rock
50lbs of live sand

90% of all contents from substrate to corals has come from other hobbiest through buying selling trading,very little bought from pet stores
weekly maint includes 10% waterchanges,replaceing carbon every other,and c balance every other day
