Question help

Question I just started a aquarium 3 weeks ago and today I did a cycle change and I put the chemicals in it that which is the cycle and the conditioner and now my Fishe dead can someone please help me

What size tank? How many and what kind of fish? Have you tested the water? If so, what are the readings? What kind if filter? How often are you doing water changes? And how much are you doing, I.e what percentage of water are you changing each time.

I can easily say, at 2 weeks, your tank is not cycled and most likely the ammonia levels are toxic to the fish. That's why they died.
