Hey all... New here!

So i just registered!

I have been keeping tanks for the better part of 20 years, and have been posting on TropicalFishKeeping.com forums for the past month... wow i sure do feel like a beginner!

Ive recently learned everything i have been doing is, for lack of a better term, wrong! woohoo! Go me! so im back learing the basics!

I currently have a 45 gallon community, whats left of it anyway. long story short, feeder guppies killed 75% of my fish.... on the list:
1 parrot, 5 red tiger barbs, 3 arilous barbs, 1 filamentosa barb, 1 common pleco...
whos left?
1 tinfoil barb (headed back to the LFS next week), 1 columbian shark (also going back), 3 bronze corydora, and 2 baby tiger barbs (the other 12 were eaten)

Just purchased a new 90 gal to replace the 45..... also picked up:
Eheim classic 2217 $211
Hagen Glo T5 HO Lighting System - Double - 48 $150
2 Life-Glo 48" HO t5 bulbs
50 lbs of small gravel $46
Aqueon 150W heater $46

so........ welcome me! and ill be posting roughly 2,000 questions in the next week or so.... this coming saturday is "moving" or i should say "upgrade" day...
