So I'm new here and still fairly new to the aquarium world. From Florida. I have a 30 gallon set up that was given to me and is currently in the process of keeping my kids entertained and a 55 gallon that I have to build a stand plus acquire nearly everything for. I would like to turn the 55 gallon into a planted tank with a 3d background eventually. I'm majorly into diy projects and would much rather make anything for the tank than buy it, other than a few things such as filters, etc. That pretty much sums it up in a nutshell.
