Hi all - just joined in

Recently restarted my aquarist hobby after quite a gap (apart from the pond that is). I was quite successful when I was a lad but that was a long time ago and it's all much more scientific now so I think this community might be a help. ?

I'm going to start with a little Neon T problem. Translucent bubble around the mouth. Fish still ok. 3 affected. Any ideas?
