Hello everyone.
Thanks to this website advice I have managed to finally set up a healthy aquarium.
I purchased a fluval chi a few months ago and added a goldfish after a the tank was cycled.
I found it almost impossible to keep the tank clean as I didn’t realise the goldfish were so messy.
A few weeks later the goldfish died and so i researches and found this website that suggested this tank as a Betta tank.
After reading multiple posts I decided to purchase a heater and a few weeks later I have purchased a red male betta and a Nerite snail.
The Nerite snail has done a great job of cleaning the tank, and is great to watch. I always thought snails were pest that would over run my tank.
I also purchased a betta leaf bed for when the betta needs to chill.
