Hi im tom.
I live in the uk in the beautiful contryside. Im 23 and am currently fairly new to aquariums. Ive been facinated with fish for years, ever since my parents had a tropical tank 13 years ago.
So finaly i have the money and am in a place to own my own tank.
I brought a 160 (ish) gallon tank off a friend. After treating the water and leaveing the tank for a month to settle i decided to get sone fish.
Currently i have a siamease fighter, 2 sword tails (m and f) and 3 albino cory catfish.
Its been 2 weeks and so far the fish and my self are happy .
If anyone has any recemendations of fish or plants i welcome them.

I will update my profile and put pics up asap.

welcome! love the cory catfishes you should get a couple more tho they love to be together and its so cute watching them follow each other aroundand man I'd love to have that big of a tank!

Thanks, yeah i think thats the size of it. It is pretty big. Yeah im loving the corys to, the albino one look wicked with the red eyes. Ill defantly get some more of them then... is it right they feel more 'safe' in groups of 6???

ive just bin told that my tank is more like 60 gsllons, but stilll its a good size tank.
