I'm Jenny and completely new to this. Wanting to get a fish tank. Can anyone recommend a good starter one? Thinking about Askoll pure and how easy is it to look after fish? Want something very low maintenance.

I think you'd be better off by starting on liveaquaria.com and find one fish that you absolutely must have (the site has tank size requirements in case you don't want to big of a tank). Once you find that fish let's us know and we can help you choose equipment needed and a good stock list to add around it.
