Intro post.

Hi, everyone! I hope I'm doing this right. Trying to do introductory post. Purchased my brother's 125 gal aquarium about a couple of months ago. He lives out of town, so can't really mine his data as regularly as I'd like. The tank has about 23 species and about 120 fish. We've id'd about half of them. So far, so good. All the water tests are good. Would like to post some pics and get ids later. Thanks for reading. I appreciate your time and advice.

Tiger Barbs - 9
Starburst Platties - 23
Eel fish - 2
Otocinclus catfish - 2
Clown loaches - 3
Harleqin rasboras - 5
Neon tetras - 25
Blue Betta - 1
Serpae tetras - 4
Yellow glow tetras - 10. (. Id'd this morning on forum. I may not have the name right though)
Peppered cory cat - 2
Assassin snails - 3
Large Tiger Pleco - 1
Balance shark - 1

2-3 others I haven't memorized yet but are pictured with requests for ids in freshwater forum.

The following are just made-up descriptions of fish not yet id'd:

Carp - 2
Fantailed guppy - 1
Hatchet fish - 5
Ocean perch - 9 ( killifish, I think)

Quite a tankful! They all seem to get along happily!

My brother put the tank together. The community is about three years old. The fish are much larger than I see in the pet stores. I guess because of their age. We have a lot of fun watching it. Will post some pics soon!
