I can't see any picture. Did you post one? If you have a male and a female endler chances are yes she is.

On a computer The easiest thing to do is upload to a photo hosting site like photo bucket then copy and paste the URL (?) to your post.

I would say she is either well fed or she is pregnant. If she has ever been in a tank with a male then she almost certainly is pregnant. She is still quite a ways from giving birth yet so don't panic. probably blow up to about twice that size before birthing.
