Aquarium Advice Newbie
Hey everyone, my names Marco and I've been fish keeping for about 4 years now!
It all started out at a local carnival. I was playing one of those "Ball in bottle" games and I happened to win four goldfish. Previously I had kept bettas, but never really thought about having a whole tank. As I like to do research before I jump into anything, I quickly learned that I wouldn't like goldfish at all. So, I gave them to other relatives, ran to walmart, and started my first tropical tank, that was 10gs. I had 2 10g, but quickly outgrew freshwater, quickly meaning 3 years! I went and bought a 20g tank at petcos $ per gallon sale. That is where my love for Reefing began. I now have a 10g and 20g nano tanks. Nanos are my true passion when it comes to Reefing, but one day I'd love to have a175+ gallon tank and have a trigger or tangs.
