Micro worms

Hello...I'm new to this group!! I'm so happy I have knowledgeable people i can ask questions to or just show of my underwater homes I do have a question tho...I'm in Mt. And it's snowing bad!! I can't take my car out to go to store. By chance does Anyone know If I can use grits for my cultures?? If not what it's good?? I don't have starch, baby cereal etc. HELP

I have culture of micro worms, I wanting to know if I can use grits and yeast to put it in so they grow

Any starch source works.

Flour, grits, potato flakes, oatmeal, bread, baby food cereal.

Or mixes of same.
