hi im new to all this and have recently set up a new 180 litre aquarium with some neons tiger barbs plecos and live plants still in cycle process as my ammonis levels are 0.25 always nitrates 0 ph is 7.5 doing regular water changes 50% to 30% and ammonia will not come down it is now 4 wks old any tips and advice will be welcome from all and advice on well suited fish for a nice community tank

Clean water is very nearly always the answer. Increase your water changes to keep ammonia and/or nitrite under .25, re-examine the amount of food going in, and be dilligent for a couple weeks. You can also shorten that time span most likely by adding cycled media (gunky filter media) from an established tank. Then you'll be able to really enjoy your new aquarium! :)
