lost message about what ineed help with .

hello ive written a really long message but im not that good with my pc i think its in one of the posts? is it poss to find it it took me ages to write all about my probs and i cant do it all again sorry its a really complicated story il have to try to find where iv put it just about half hour ago .Robbie thanks.
