Basically you can look under the forums your interested in, click it, and ask questions by starting a thread, If you are just starting out on fish tanks I'd recommend you visit the getting started section under fw or sw, whichever interests you. If your an expert in fish keeping then you can go around answering questions and helping others, and learning new things

Well, the forum is awesome, the people are awesome, there is a camaraderie here you don't see many other places! People here truly want to see you succeed! We feel your pain when a fish dies, we want to encourage you when things don't go quite as well as you hoped, and we want to rejoice with you when things go better than expected!! It's like everybody's tank is everybody elses as well...and one more thing...PICTURES, PICTURES, PICTURES! We all love pictures!
