First off, I'm glad to be a part of the forums now as I've used these forums for quite some time now. I've learned plenty of things from filters to fish to tank setup, etc... I inherited my first tank from my dad when he passes but my mom was the one actually taking care of it. Sadly, all of those fish had died. Over time I had moved in with my girlfriend, and current fiancé, and had gotten the ability to take care of her 55g tank. It had two albino oscars and was under poor care and one had passed. I got into taking care of the tank and the other unhealthy oscar is now living happy and healthy with another, two synodontis, and a common pleco (it's getting overcrowded as the oscars grow, I am aware I need to rehome them). Looking into setting up my second tank so I will continue to read/learn and now post to the forums. Have a great day
