New here, old hobbyist.

Hi gang,

Just found this place. Looks like a great, active community.

I've had aquariums for going on 30 years. All kinds over the years.

I've had community fresh (started there), Africans, South Americans, Discus, community Salt, and reef tanks.

I have seen the technology change over the years. But so much is still the same.

It's still all about the water quality.

I'm down to one tank currently, a 55 gallon which has been salt for well over twenty years.

Decided to convert it back to freshwater.

Completed the changeover today, and working on a stock list currently.

Here's the new/old gal.

Still a little cloudy, but to be expected. Just filled it this morning.

The scape is looking great for a freshly set up tank. I'm guessing this is not your first planted tank?. Welcome to AA anyway. Hope you enjoy the place as much as me.

20g rescape.
35g journal. Abandoned due to Comet gardeners
