So I'm a new member to this site, but have been looking at it whenever I have questions about my tank and what I should or shouldn't use.
I have an RES. I have had him for a bit over a year now and his tank slowly became harder and harder to clean. I feel as though I shouldn't be having to clean it once a week, am I wrong in this? When I was at the pet store yesterday, they told me that I should try using Microbe-lift Rock and Substrate Cleaner for aquatic turtles. Is this safe? Do I use it while he is still in the tank?
