Thank you. I'm going to change out the water as soon as I figure out how. I recently bought a hose that removes water and puts it in as well. It was expensive and I figured would come in handy until I came home to find it does not attach to any faucet in my house!

I think the fish have adapted to these levels, because they all are swimming around and seem fine and none have died, besides the one my tiger barb killed. I have a feeling he will kill some more because he nips every fish in the tank!

The fish would seem happy and healthy now.. ammonia and nitrite levels at levels that low will have more of a long term effect on the fish. Now if you have 4.0ppm of ammonia that is another story.

They sell adapters for the Python's (water changers). They are the best thing, sure beats lugging buckets around.
