Hi,

i am a newby with salt water fish. I had in the past freshwater tanks, but they just seemed not as exciting as a salt water tank. I got a BioCube 14 gallon tank 6 months ago. I am known as the fish killer in my group of friends now. I feel horrible, but what my trusted friend/fish store owner told me that there was no waiting period to start putting fish and coral and stuff in. So sadly i killed 14 beautiful fish (they were not all occupying the tank at the same time only 4 at a time). At first i knew it was my fault, the fish died because i didnt check to make the heater was working. The next time one of the fish produced a million eggs and refussed to eat. and last but not least i found out there was a cycle i had to go through before introducing the critters. I now know not to listen to my fish guy and actually look at fish websites and make sure its okay to do what the guy says.

well that is my welcome story,
:)
