We have 2 big neon yellow tetras, a calico fantail goldfish and another fish I can't remember what the pet shop said it was lol

The goldfish needs to be in a bigger tank it could reach 8"+ if cared for right.

For now maybe but it will stunt the fish being in to small of a tank. Meaning the outside of the fish will stop growing but the inside of it doesn't and leads to death and many other problems. In my experience they grow pretty fast and should be in a bigger tank more than likely in less than a year.
