Aquarium Advice Newbie
.... But not new to the world of fish keeping. I grew up with the hobby so I've been doing it most of my life. I have owned everything from betas (my favorite) to massive cichlids. All sorts of different sized tanks. I love the hobby because I am always learning something new. If you think you have learned everything, think again. There is always something to discover in the world of fish.
Right now I have a marine land eclipse system 12 set up. Cc, moderately planted with artificial plants. Water parameters are as follows:
Ph- 7.8
Ammonia .5ppm
Nitrites 10ppm
NitrAtes 0ppm
KH 5*
There are only 2 fish in there as of right now. 2 female bumblebee platys.
I also have 2 betas, one crown and one double half moon.
I am a mother of 2 boys 7 and 2 years old. I have 2 dogs, a part time job, and a husband in the military, to say my life is uneventful would be a lie.
