Now, I just put the 2 corys in yesterday, should I wait a few weeks to introduce shrimp just as I would more fish???

nah... shrimp are minimal to bioload... you can safely add a dozen or more ghost or rcs to your tank with almost no effect on the n cycle.

So, my concern is feeding the fish. There are 4-2" fish and 4-3/4" Fish as well as 9 ghost shrimp. I have been putting a pinch of ground flake in once a day. I realize fish will always eat, but there is so many contradictions out there... What's the proper way and amount???

Feed once a day, and no more than they will eat in 3-4 minutes. That should be good.

OK I am on target. I just have heard so many things, I wanted to make sure. Today I fed the fish and one neon stuffed their gut so bad it ballooned up, then it puked some out and started chomping again. Now it's picking on the other neons...
