My wife has used this forum to cure a few niggly worries, so I thought I'd join.
What a great community!

Thought I'd better put a bit about my tank.

5ft tropical tank, cabinet and hood supplied by Fit Filtration Systems - 93 UK Gallon - 425 Litre.

Jinlong XP900-A external bio-canister filter running 3 Stages
1. Sponge
2. Ceramic Bio-rings
3. Filter Wool & Activated Carbon

2 x Visi-Therm 300W heater with Thermal and mechanical protection. Set at 26C (80F) - verified by glass internal thermometer.

1 x 48in (122cm) Aqua-Glo 40w tube lighting on 7 day digital timer. 13hrs/day.

Keeping 6 Angelfish, 2 Flame Red dwarf Gourami's, 1 Blue dwarf Gourami, 1 Three Spot Gourami, 2 Sterbai Corydoras, 8 Zebra Danios, 6 Cherry Barbs & 5 Pristella Tetras.

Feeding
Aquarian "advanced Nutrition" Tropical flakes, Hikari sinking algae wafers, occasional frozen Bloodworm, Cucumber, peas and Broccoli.
For a treat on a weekend - a bit of live Bloodworm, brine shrimp or daphnia.
