Aquarium Advice Newbie
Hello,
I started back in the hobby last year with freshwater fish. I used to have saltwater fish more than a decade ago. Last year, I started a 20 gallon aquarium with some platys and corys. It was a kit from Petco with a HOB filter and 18 watt light. A few months later I set up 75 gallon aquarium with a couple emperor 400's, 144 watts of light, a few plants, and some rainbowfish. Now I'm setting up another 75 with 216 watts of light, two eheim canister filters with uv lights, Eco-complete, driftwood, and more plants (no CO2 planned until end of the year). I currently have some neon, cardinal, and rummy-nose tetras and a few albino corys in the tank. My plan is to add discus in a few weeks (tank has cycled). Needless to say, my wife is not very happy with me, but my kids love me.
