New to hobby

I just started a 29 gallon freshwater by listening to the guy at the lfs. And super stocked my tank the first day. Now am doing frequent pwc. To keep the ammonia down so far, ammonia 2. Ppm, nitrite 0 ppm , nitrate o ppm . So my cycle hasnt started . Any sugestion on what i can do to help cycle my tank more quickly so i dont have any fish lose? I have had my tank for 1 week

How many fish do you have? The water changes is about all you can do at less you have another tank that's already cycled. You could also try using a bacteria in a bottle type stuff or rehoming some of the fish back to the store.
