New to Marine Tanks Advice Greatfull

Hi sorry for delay in introducing ourselfs, we recently brought a second hand juwel tank approx 325 litres 3 weeks ago it was in a bit of a state when we got it meaning it wasn't looked after atall. it included a pair of black clowns, 1 yellow tang & 1 star fish and 2 gobys. a sea urchin and a shrimp some live rock. we have added ourselves a red bubble anemone, a little white anemone and an ex star fish a crab, some hermit crabs and snails and a coral. being new we discovered that the nitrates were very high over 100 and have for the last 3 weeks been doing lots of water changes and have changed all the sand and replaced with new live sand. at last we now have a reading of between 5-8, and all fish etc now seem really happy to be honest they have always seemed ok anyway.

lighting we have 2 t5 blues, 2 tmc led 600 white and 1 blue and would be grateful for any advise on recommended lighting times.

we also 4 power heads, sump, 4 water heaters, pump and a v2 protein skimmer. we would like to start adding some additional fish and would also be grateful on what we could add to what we already have.

nice to meet you all
