Hello - I found AA searching for info regarding planted tanks. I have a new 10 gallon planted tank. I am new to the hobby. I plan to create a 55 gallon planted tank eventually; the 10 gallon is sort of my training tank.
My tank info:
10 gallon freshwater planted
DIY
CO2 using 'sports drink' bottles
Used silent cycle method, using bottle ammonia (no soap or additives). Tank cycled in about 2.5 weeks.
Fish - currently 4 otocinclus, a few tetras and a single betta to be added gradually.
Plants: Crypts, Ludwiga, Currently un-ID'd plant
Learned a lot already, happy to learn more.
