New to the saltwater reefs!

Hello! My name is David, and I'm new to having a saltwater reef tank. About 4 months ago, my wife and I decided to use our vacant 75 gallon tank for a live reef tank. We bought the live sand and the live rock and waited to see what would come of it. As things began to develop, I've periodically gotten online and checked out the hitchhiker guide on this site, and finally decided to join up. I'm glad to be here and hope one day in the far future, I'm able to help out some other newbie to the hobby (cause Lord knows that I have a million questions myself!).

read our articles section and bone up on tank cycling. It's not as easy as buying live sand and live rock, then adding livestock. We want you to be as informed as possible so you don't waste time and money. As that is real easy to do.

Take your time is the biggest piece of advice you can get now.
