Hi all. I am new to this community and pretty new to fish/shrimp keeping. Originally the tank is setup for my 7 year old daughter. However she only likes to do the feeding, not maintaining. So now that becomes my job.
I have a 10G tank since last November. Most fish that were purchased initially already died due to my lack of knowledge. However the guppies we had left us some babies. I managed to raise them relatively well. 5 survived (2M3F). I know the ratio is not right but they seem to get along well so I rather not introduce any new ones. Beside that I also have 1 Oto, 3 shrimps and a snail.
At the moment one of my shrimps is pregnant so I am in the middle of setting up a new tank just for the shrimp. I really hope this time the tank can be properly setup so there are no casualties.
