Newbie needing help with ID

new to saltwater and the shop that set me has already sold me 3 fish that were NoT compatible for my goals in reef building. I am needing help to ID goby or perch? Only pic looking like mine is a checked/spotted sand perch. I searched all gobies and did not find this one, also the sale man claims this one I got is the only one that stays on the bottom and doesn't dump sand on you rocks/corals.
So is this unknown goby compatible with Starry Lawnmower Blenny 1.5-3 in. (Salarias ramosus)? Read that some gobies or similar shapes will result in aggression problems. Also, having a HUGE problem with some hair Algea ?? Green grassy stuff on my live rock. Been told to get a lawnmower Blenny. Also anyone recommend a webstore to get livestock? Thanks for any help.
