Overstocked?

I have a 110 gallon South American tank with a red oscar, a black belt,a jack Dempsey, a green terror, a jewel, 2 convicts, a Senegal bichir and a pleco. Is my tank overstocked? I have 2 canister filters and 1 HOB on it. It has a total gph of 1270.

Since its highly filtered I say no. There will be a bunch of fights with the gt and jd
