Cool pregnant guppys!

I have 2 pregnant guppies. I bought a floating hatchery yesterday. I got them a little over 4 wks. go. I have 4 males but 1 (or maybe both were already pregnant!) How long should I keep them in it if no fry appear soon? It's a 2 in 1 so I can seperate them. They look lonely like want back with others. The little hussies!!
