Problem setting up my profile

Hello, I'm having trouble finding place to put in pics and intests and all that good stuff under profile. Not sure if I have to get on desktop or not to do it. When I click on "photos" it tells me I cannot access page cause restricted.

Welcome!! You have to do it from your PC. What phone are you using? You can add photos to your photo album from your phone.
