I'm new to owning fish tanks, this is my second tank it's a 29 gallon, with 2 silver dollars and 1 tetra. My first question is why do my silver dollars never swim around when the light is on in the fish tank? But when I turn it off they swim all over the tank. And I was was wondering if you could me any advice about owning fish.
