sick angels

We have a 150 gal tank......... we have 4 angels. Six weeks ago one of our angels started sitting on top of the bubbles from the filtration..... 3 days later he starting laying at the bottom of tank...... he is still alive and just lays there........ one of the others is sitting now on top of the bubbles and fins moving very fast......??????????

What are your levels of ammonia nitrites and nitrates? What other fish do you have in there? What is your water change schedule? How long have they been in there?
