I purchased driftwood from a guy who pulled it out of the Mississippi river and cleaned it for aquarium usage. I have had it in my tank for over 3 months and it does not sink. How do you make this happen?

welcome to AA If you have a couple big rocks, securing it to some good heavy rocks will force it down and the pressure will force the water in to the wood... sometimes it takes quite a while for wood to become waterlogged....
I have a piece of driftwood that is screwed to a piece of plexiglass. I buried the plexiglass in the sand and it keeps the driftwood down. Remember to use stainless screws if you go this route.
