Starting a new cichlid setup

Hello everyone.

I'm returning to the aquarium world after a long absence. 20 years ago I had a pretty successful 40 gal community tank. I dropped the hobby when I got a divorce but am about to rev it back up.

Just purchased my sister's 90 gal and plan on starting a Peacock cichlid tank. Will be setting up the tank this weekend so hope to buy my first batch of fish by Christmas.

Looking forward to reading a lot of member experiences and getting helpful tips to avoid major mistakes.
