Hi, I'm Bob and live in Orange County, N.Y. Have had fish (fresh, brackish, and salt) all my life. I'm 58yo, so thats quite awhile. I have also worked in several aquaria, including Rio aquarium on 26th St in NYC and Silent World in Connecticut. So I guess I know a couple of thing about fish (but not all). Anyway I hope I can be hopeful to ya all. BTW, I presently have a 29 gal fresh water community tank.

New tank....presently occupied by an angel, bala shark, 2 flame gouramis, 2 gold gouramis, a plecostamaus, couple little tiger barbs and black tetras (Petsmart had a dollar sale last weekend). If I find a geophagus and a Ram I'll probably pick them up. Over my illustrious fish life, I've had just about every fish known at the time, including fresh, brackish, an salt.

Salt water, and fish in general kinda slowly died after giving my tank to my step daughter 3 or 4 years ago. Had saltwater tanks on about 3 seperate occasions, each lasting about 5 years.
