Wanting to set up a 125gal. / NEED HELP!

Hi people I'm new on here and I'm looking for some help. I just bought a 125gal. tank/stand,also a 55gal. tank/stand and need some advice on setting these up. My first question is what size filter and pump system will I need on these also what size heater? I would be very gratefull for the advice
