Aquarium Advice Newbie
so I have a 10 gal. with seven shell dwelling cichlids. I had just recently lost one and it took a while to find it. my ammonia and nitrate/nitrite spiked like crazy. they are all feeding fine, the water quality is good, and their all swimming and digging happily. however, two of them have started (I've only caught it two or three times) twitching and rubbing against the rock I have. is this a problem or the regular goofy cichlid behavior? any feedback is greatly appreciated!
