Well hello there!

Hi guys and gals. New member today. I've owned tropical fish for 6 years, just basic stuff, tetras, guppies, red tailed shark. I've had a few things over the years. The reason I've joined is due to me acquiring a fish from a friend recently. It's not very old and I haven't a clue what it is. If anybody could let me know what it is I'd be ever so grateful. The structure of the fish ( by the way its a beauty ) I would have to say its some form of cichlid but I haven't got a clue on what.

Thanks Andrew, I've since found out its an electric blue jack demsey. Nice lookin little fish. ?
