well water problem

Hello All,
Please help with my aquarium problem. Our well water is very soft (GH <25 ppm), Total Alkalinity (KH ~120ppm) ph 8.2.

I've tried everything to get the pH down: Peat moss extract, pH down, distilled water tank refills, but still can't the pH down.

What can I do?

Well water problem

My tank is a 20 gallon Fresh water tank, assorted Tetra's, Green Tiger Barbs, and 2 pearl Gouramis.
