10 Gallon help

I want to make it into a shrimp jungle plus some guppy, and i really want to have some nice LED lighting for day/night options. I was wondering is there such thing out there? Can you guys make some recommendation.

If the LED is not literally the hood that would be a plus too!

preferably it has a clip that can be clipped onto the fish tank!

THANK YOU GUYS!!!

I have an Achaea clip on light. It does not have a moonlight option, I don't care about that and I worry it might promote algae if left on too long.

My Shrimp jungle was grown under mini CFLs but same PAR as my LED fixture. My LEDs just look too "cold" for my liking. Probably a higher Kelvin rating. My LEDs are an older fixture. I know there are LEDs mimicking 6,500K which is my preferred setting.
