Question 10G SW lighting

Hello guys i have a 10g saltwater tank. Just wanna make sure how many watts do i need for my 10g SW tank. I heard 72 watt? Is the fish safe with that?

If its only fish, it does not matter what kind of lights you use.

Prob be ok...

I don't know that brand name, and it didn't have individual reflectors on the bulbs..

The fixture suggested above would be really great!
