125 Gallon - Size Pump?

I have a 125-gallon saltwater withan Enheim II filter and an ETSS skimmer. What size pump should I have? The one that is in the aquarium is pumping too fast and creating microbubbles. I have tried to slow it down with foam and sponges, but it's still too strong. Suggestions??

Thank you.

P.S. Fish: Stars & Stripes Puffer, Foxface Lo, Bird Wrasse, Yellow-eyed Tang, small Clown. Am thinking of adding a Box and filefish -- recommendations?

Welcome to AA! Just be warned if you get a Boxfish, they are capable of releasing poison when stressed, and can wipe out your whole tank. I hear they can get pretty big also.

[CENTER]Please don't forget about the toxins in some corals (like zoas and palythoas)

Welcome. You should put up pictures of your fish if you can! We love pictures here. I can't answer your question since I am a fw person, but I can still extent greetings to you!
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, but thankfully they both led to fish stores.
