175watt Metal Halide for my 37 gallon tank

I was wondering what you guys think as far as this being enough ample wattage (4.7 per gallon) to grow some corals and maybe 1 anemone nothing super fancy, just something for a clown to live in and a few other things to look pretty.
 
You'll definately be able to keep soft corals and LPS. As far as anemones go, with that amount of lighting, I would recommend either a Condy or Bubbletip.

You may consider going with a 250 W fixture. The 37 is a fairly tall tank and the 250 W halide bulb will definitely penetrate deeper parts of the tank much better. HTH
 
Hey thanks for the response, i was looking at bubbletips prior to your response so that puts a smile on my face, the 37 i was looking at was more long than tall. Thanks again!
